Thermo-12 Gold is a pre-formed, high temperature, abuse-resistant pipe and block insulation with exceptional structural strength, composed of hydrous calcium silicate for use on systems operating up to 1200°F (650°C). It is inorganic, noncombustible, asbestos-free and meets or exceeds the physical and thermal property requirements of ASTM C533, Type 1. Integral to Thermo-12 Gold is XOX, a distinctive formula and process that inhibits corrosion to outside surfaces of pipe and equipment.

Fitting Covers are manufactured from Thermo-12 Gold mitered into precision segments adhered with CalFab® adhesive for a permanent bond. These fit any standard butt welded, long or short radius 90 degree and 45 degree elbows found in normal piping schemes.

Thermo-12® RainJacket Insulation System is a preformed, high temperature, abuse-resistant pipe insulation with exceptional structural strength, composed of hydrous calcium silicate with a weather protection jacket. The jacket is factory applied over RainKote™, a blue surface stabilizer. This insulation system is designed for operating temperatures from 80°F (26.7°C) to 1200°F(650°C) with insulation surface temperatures not to exceed 350°F (176°C). It is inorganic, non-combustible, asbestos-free and meets or exceeds the physical and thermal requirements of ASTM C533, Type 1. Super Caltemp® Gold 1700 block insulation is an inorganic, noncombustible material. Chemically, Super Caltemp Gold 1700 features a Xonotlite crystal structure that results in exceptional strength and extremely low water of hydration. Super Caltemp Gold 1700 is composed primarily of lime, silica and reinforcing fibers. The product is gold, essentially dust-free, and contains no asbestos.
